Connecting worlds in VR
We created a virtual reality application that unites the intensity of Diablo IV with the San Miguel brand, with the goal of promoting both in a single launch event. Our mission was to integrate the dark theme of Diablo with the image of San Miguel, maintaining the essence of both without compromising their identity.
Visual and technical balance
We faced the challenge of combining the gothic art of Diablo with the aesthetic of San Miguel, preserving the atmosphere of the game while highlighting the beer brand. Additionally, we had the technical challenge of integrating a high-resolution illustration into a 3D environment, ensuring the experience remained fluid and visually impactful.
The result is a 3D environment of Gothic ruins where participants can interact with hidden items, such as St. Michael's bottles, which are collected manually to unlock content. The possibility of users removing hidden elements from the illustration, placing them on pedestals as part of the progress of the ritual, was explored. The promotional artwork, presented with impressive clarity, along with this interactive mechanism, culminates with the reveal of the Diablo IV logo, forging a memorable link between the game and the brand.
